“Nothing compares to the simple pleasure of a bike ride” ~John F. Kennedy
We’re not sure that the GetOnTheirBikes Cyclists would agree with that but it was certainly a great team performance by them, completing the London to Brighton Bike Ride last Sunday and raising over £2100 so far.
They started and finished together, conquering the infamous Ditchling Hill and crossed the finish line at the Sea Front in Brighton to be awarded their medals, which they all wore with pride.
Everyone at TC Facilities Management is incredibly proud of the team and in the words of James Hogg, Operations Director and who also took part, said to the team afterwards,
“So, 5 punctures, one new inner tube, a swollen knee, plenty of cramps and bucket loads of Lucozade later you’ve raised over £2000 for a great cause. Well done and don’t feel embarrassed going to sleep tonight with your finishers medal on!”
Take a look at some of the moments of their efforts on this video which we hope that if you enjoy, and are yet to make a donation, you’d consider adding to the already phenomenal total raised by the team.
