- Coventry is Europe’s second largest site for this courier company and the first operationally carbon neutral new build in Europe.
- The site spans 900,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate retail and consumer brands that have omnichannel needs.
- It features high-capacity racking, a state of the art pick system, and three levels of mezzanine flooring for lightweight goods.
- Additional automated features include autonomous cleaning robots, a mobile wrapping robot, and a dimensioning system that automatically measures the size and volume of parcels and pallets for quicker categorisation and sorting.

- All new hires participated in a customised induction session and completed their iHasco training modules within one week, meeting the seven-day deadline for all required courses.
- Weekly audits until the site had fully mobilised moving to monthly thereafter.
- Weekly with TCFM’s project team and their Mobilisation run through Asana project management system for full transparency and auditing.
