Innovation
- Site Incident Response Plan: To protect the company, its assets, colleagues and guests, we have created a bespoke security risk analysis and site incident response plan to proactively manage the risks associated with their threats, vulnerabilities and key business activities. We have identified many scenarios that could cause loss, disruption or safety risks such as protestors, theft of catalytic converters and disgruntled customers. The site incident response plan has been built off of this analysis and has turned the insights into actionable data that has been used to enhance the security provision. It is an end to end process that has highlighted the most likely incidents and determines roles and responsibilities if an incident takes place. With this, we have cross trained all security colleagues to be multi skilled operatives to create resilience and strength within the team, especially at times of incident.
- Security Drills: To strengthen our incident response plan, every month, the security colleagues complete security drills and scenario testing including but not limited to, fire, penetration, medical and disasters within the surrounding area. This has ensured our security team on site exhibits ‘muscle memory’ should an incident occur. The security drills are tracked, audited and recorded through TrackTik for review. During these drills security colleagues can practice the process flows within the site incident response plan to ensure resources are available, systems function correctly and responsibilities are understood and executed. Our security colleagues actively lead the security drill process, putting into practice their training and documenting any learnings or actions required.
- TrackTik: Our on site security team has implemented highly efficient, fully digitised operating procedures to streamline the work our officers are doing, such as assignment instructions. TrackTik is used to complete patrols, real time reporting of incidents, tracking and holds all documents relevant to the site.
Audits
