- Upholstery Cleaning: Our upholstery cleaning ethos is if we can get our vac to go on it, it will be cleaned. This can include items such as: Sofas. Headboards. Mattresses. Bedbases. Carpets and rugs. Clothing. Teddies. Rocking horses. Chairs.
Goals and Outcomes (Challenge and Resolution)
- It is crucial that their head office is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene ensuring a professional working environment for colleagues and visitors, while also reflecting the values of the charity.
- TCFM were awarded the cleaning contract for all this charity’s offices including the 26,000 sq. ft. head office in London in 2019. Upon taking over the contract, we found the site in an unacceptable condition and in need of a thorough clean, leading to us completing a two week deep clean.
- This involved deep cleaning kitchens and washrooms, removing ingrained stains from large carpeted areas and conducting upholstery cleaning on all office furniture, including sofa booths. This set the standard of how we continued the contract.
- The transformation was well received, with the customer being extremely impressed by the high standard of cleanliness, allowing our relationship with the charity to grow with additional offices and stores.
