This major national cardiovascular research organisation is now also a charity established in 1961 conducting life-saving research into heart and circulatory diseases and their risk factors.
- This research is funded entirely by the generosity of the supporters.
- Their network of home stores is therefore critical to its operations.
- These stores across the UK provide professionally cleaned, recycled furniture which benefits both the environment and, through the funds raised from their sale, those affected by heart disease.
- They therefore sought a cleaning services provider to clean their head offices and upholstered furniture, maximising the value of furniture items sold to raise funds for their life-saving work.

Our colleagues are trained to ensure this is done safely with no disruption to the customers, using warning signs and ensuring any cables are tucked out of the way to ensure no tripping hazards.
- To further increase customer awareness on the shop floor, TCFM provide sashes and tags which are strategically placed on the item declaring ‘Careful I’m Wet’, ‘Waiting To Be Cleaned’ and ‘I’ve Been Professionally Cleaned’, providing customers with information on the condition of the item available to purchase, enhancing their shopping experience.
