What we do

Mobile Patrol, Key Holding, Alarm Response & Remote Monitoring

We provide mobile patrol services to many customers with remote locations and/or locations that do not warrant a static site-based Security Officer.

With a variety of sites from corporate building blocks to pharmaceuticals to pub chains, we ensure our Mobile Security Officers are equipped with the knowledge and correct behaviours to deliver a high level service in these varying environments.

Our Mobile Security Team also utilise the same patrolling and incident reporting platform as their site-based colleagues,, Tracktik. This provides evidence of attendance, as well as a comprehensive report, both in real-time.

Our 24/7/365 Security Operations Centre team in Tadworth have real-time visibility on the location of each vehicle, ensuring a transparent service delivery as we offer round-the-clock, responsive protection to assets and colleagues on-site.

Our mobile patrol teams also deliver key-holding services for many of our customers providing them with peace of mind that their premises and assets are secure even while their colleagues and stakeholders are away.

In the event of an alarm being triggered, we attend sites to assess the situation and arrange for a Security Officer to protect the site until it is secured or where required make appropriate arrangements with the emergency services, before issuing a full report of the incident.

Security Systems

As the threat landscape continues to change combined with social and economic pressures, we are implementing more security systems to complement the role undertaken by Security Officers and/or, to allow us to reduce the number of Security Officers/hours deployed on sites.

Under the umbrella term of security systems, we are able to provide expert advice on systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, ANPR, and Fire Systems. We are also able to provide a comprehensive and cost effective remote monitoring service for these solutions.

Ensuring that we are always able to access the latest technology and innovation, we work with selected partners that have a demonstrable track record of excellence in their field for these services.

Whether you want us to use your current systems and suppliers and would prefer us to take that relationship and responsibility over, we will complete a comprehensive review of the systems, as part of the security risk analysis. This will ensure that any vulnerabilities are identified and that opportunities to improve the overall security solution are presented.
