Key Responsibilities:
• Demonstrate the TCFM values at all times (Respect, Care, Initiative and Expertise)
• Driving a TCFM branded vehicle to provide all security services across all sites (Key Holding, Alarm Response, Patrols, Inspections, Guarding), as directed by TCFM SOC
• Complete Site Compliance Validation to drive improved compliance and support Colleague welfare
• Follow Assignment Instructions, Risk Assessments and relevant customer policies at all times.
• Create an environment where Customers, Colleagues and the Public are safe and secure. .
• Promote confidence with every stakeholder through effective decision making, communication and professional security standards.
• Respond in an effective manner to incidents, alarms, events, escalating to TCFM SOC, the Customer and the Emergency Services.
• Delivering value added duties/ tasks for the Customer.
• Ensure that Customers, Colleagues and the Public have a positive experience when interacting with Security.
• Complete planned rota and agreed shifts to provide security cover to meet Customer needs.
• Utilise the relevant site security systems and technology to detect risks and potential security breaches.
• Complete patrols and report incidents.
• Promote a culture of safety, awareness of H&S risks and accident/ near miss reporting.
• Secure and protect property and assets at all times.
• Prevent unauthorised access to site, whether by a person, vehicle or object.
• Respond to unplanned events or incidents promptly, investigate and report to the relevant persons.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
• Work in collaboration with the Customer, complete agreed tasks and support the Site Team.

• SIA license – Security Guard/ DS
• SIA license – CCTV (Depending on site)
• First Aid at Work (Depending on site)
• IT Systems (User Level)
